OXFAM - ANNIE LENNOX
  • Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
  • Type: Charity Event
  • Tech Used: Yag Laser, Pangolin Software
  • Services: Lasers and Lighting

Oxfam’s Big Light Totalizer, hosted in Edinburgh for four weeks, was the ideal attention-grabbing solution in aid of the ‘I’m In’ campaign.

LM Productions supplied a high-powered green laser system creating a giant interactive laser projection on the side of the Royal Scottish Academy building – this was the first event of its kind in the UK!

Using the latest SMS to laser/video control software, the general public could text in to join the Oxfam campaign and would be able to see their name lit up across the 90m long building.

The event was launched by Annie Lennox, who sent the first text message announcing her support for the “I’m In” campaign.
